What happens to my existing phone number?
Nothing changes about how customers reach you. We work with you to route calls to Zevani only for the situations you choose — missed calls, after-hours, or however you'd like it set up.
Does Zevani answer every call?
Only the calls you configure it to answer. Most founding businesses start with missed-call backup or after-hours coverage, keeping their current setup for everything else.
Will callers know they're speaking with AI?
Yes. Zevani identifies itself as an automated assistant rather than pretending to be a person.
Can Zevani schedule appointments?
Zevani captures appointment requests — when a caller would like to be scheduled. That request comes to you to confirm; it isn't automatically placed on a live calendar as a confirmed booking.
What happens if a caller asks for a person?
Zevani captures their information and a callback request so you or your team can reach out directly.
What information can Zevani answer?
Only questions you approve — things like service areas, general hours, or the kinds of work you do. Zevani doesn't invent answers about your business.
What happens with emergency calls?
Zevani is not an emergency service and should never be relied on for one. It can flag a call as urgent so you can follow up quickly, but a true emergency should always go through 911 or your existing emergency process.
Is there a contract?
